A ceremony to break the Ramadan fast was held in Hambantota

The Ramadan Fast-Breaking Ceremony, jointly organized by the Hambantota District Chamber of Commerce and the Hambantota Trade Association, was held on the 25th of March at the Nimbarama Temple in Hambantota.
The religious activities were conducted by an Islamic cleric, while the incumbent of the temple, including priests representing all other religions, participated in the event.
Hambantota District Member of Parliament, Chairman of the Hambantota Regional Coordination Committee, Mr. Athula Welinaigoda, Hambantota District Secretary, Mr. Bimal Indrajith de Silva, along with the Islamic religious members of the Chamber of Commerce and the Trade Association, additional District Secretary Chandana Ratnayake and other government officials, the Chairman of the Hambantota District Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Asela Manimendra, and members of the Board of Directors, as well as the Chairman of the Hambantota Trade Association and the Board of Directors were also present on this occasion.
